The book, by Anthony W Buirchell, is another children’s picture book in the Cric Croc series. Cric goes to the Daintree and sees nature in all its splendour and beauty. The little crocodile discovers the magical interaction of the animals in a river environment. Readers will be drawn to the many unique Australian birds and animals and feel compelled to want to protect these and other endangered flora and fauna. The rhyming text is enhanced through beautiful drawings.  The twist in the tale at the end sums up life in the World’s natural environments.

For teachers this book can also be a foundation for your Early Literacy program and Science.  This Bundle combines both the downloadable print resources and programs for this book aswell as the PDF of the Why Crocodiles Smile Picture Book.  The book can be displayed on an electronic whiteboard or any other device capable of using a PDF for whole class or individual student use.

Softcover copy of this book and other useful resources are also available from the author at www.criccroc.com
