This is children’s picture book 4, in the Cric Croc series by Anthony W Buirchell. Cric rushes to rescue seven ducklings that try to cross a busy highway to reach a new home on the other side. Three of the ducklings disappear down a stormwater grate. With the help of big red kangaroo Cric dives into the dark drain. Will they find the babies and get them safely to their parents?

For teachers this book can also be a foundation for your Early Literacy program and Well-being.  There are also available downloadable print resources and programs on The Wheel. All 28 colourful pages of the book can be displayed on an electronic whiteboard or any other device capable of using a PDF for whole class or individual student use.

Softcover copy of this book and other useful resources, such as a Cric Croc motivational toy, are also available from the author at www.criccroc.com
